DAY 3 IN hERSHEY

This morning at 9am Grace had a mole removed from the top of her foot. Nothing bad, just needed to be removed. Dr John was there in his white coat to oversee. Once the procedure started I went in the waiting room and had coffee and graham crackers, I was a happy camper.
And within 45 minutes Grace emerged feeling no pain...so far.
Abigail and I will be making Taco salad tonight for everyone. It was going to be Walking Taco's but we don't have anywhere to walk with them tonight. But we will try them before I leave.

2nd day and the living is easy

Woke up this morning to little hands stroking my cheek, "I love you Gaga " Abigail said in her tiny sleepy voice. My smile widened and I replied back "I love you too Abigail". With that I removed the cat away from my legs so I could stretch out. Ah! here at last with Abigail.
After breakfast and a call from Faith to see how it was going and talk to Abigail we left her house and walked to school. In Hershey they are a lot slower than in the Big city, maybe because of the Amish community or they know it is not worth the hustle bustle to get your panties in a bunch. On the way to school I heard the Locust found shells on the trees and heard their chattering. I found a live one and picked it up and Abigail screamed. She is all girl like her mommy........

The adventure continues

Wednesday morning at 3:30 am I begin another adventure. Hershey,Pa and Abigail here I come. Dan was so kind as to take me to the airport after he worked all night. He made it back home and jumped into bed and he was all set. Now his adventure begins. My mom called my cell phone looking for me not knowing I was in Hershey and wondered if I was going to bring dinner over and when I told her where I was ,she said "I guess you wont be bringing over dinner tonight"...guess not, no delivery service from Pa. (I thought my sister had told my mom where I was going etc. but guess not.

So last night after Dr John, Grace,Abigail and I went to Cocoa Dinner (chocolate city) we came home to relax and chill out. Abigail and I went into her bathroom and she was going potty after I did, and I decided to shut the door all the way...big mistake. We got locked in for at least 20 minutes. The door knob would not turn and when it did nothing happened. Yikes! Abigail cried out to her mom to help us, and then the fun began. To make a long story short, Dr John and Grace hammered off the door knob. And none too soon, cause Abigail had started to sweat and cry a little. That was the first evening in Hershey.

Ever Lasting Father

That is the title that hit my mind. PaPa, someone who I can run to and jump on His lap and say" Howdy PaPa, whats up ?" As He smiles at me, knowing my deepest thoughts , and child like faith, He hugs me hard and long and gives me a kiss on the cheek. Thats my Heavenly Father. And I don't have to pretend or become religious. All of us can run to Him anytime day or night even if its for just a hug and kiss. We dont always have to have a long line of prayers and needs. He is always available, and never leaves us or turns away from us , never. He is always waiting for a visit from us. He is Everlasting.

A new adventure begins

The journey begins, today, Monday July 21st.
Ah how good is God ? My heart is over whelmed with His goodness and a sense of adventure. I am sitting here, without a job and knowing I am in God's will. I can breathe in and out, in and out, without fear of the telephone at Fisher and what awaits on the other end of it. But, on the other hand, my wonderful Fisher Family. I will be telling more of them later. Without them I would have puked ! It got to be like that when I went into work...my stomach...my nerves, my sanity, my heart. How wonderful is it to know that I don't have to do that any longer.
Yet what will I be doing ? And therein lies the adventure. My stomach has butterflies just typing those words. I smile and cant quit as I ponder the whole situation.
